The Savannah Pipe Band was formed in April 2007 as a community based organization with the following objectives:
- Raise awareness of the rich Celtic Heritage in Savannah and the Coastal Empire.
- Promote and support activities of community organizations helping preserve local Celtic Traditions.
- Provide honors and recognition to our fallen Military Veterans and to those who dedicated their lives to the Public’s Safety.
- Provide members of our community the opportunity to join in learning to play this unique form of music.
- Participate in pipe band competitions throughout the South East.
